Force Verification Kits
Allows customers to perform their own force verification or calibration on their press gauges or force monitoring systems. This kit is designed for use with most Carver presses and includes calibration documents that are traceable to NIST. The kit includes a 100,000 lbs. load cell, a digital readout and two load plates.
Heating and Cooling Platen Options
There are several levels of control for heating and cooling platen options to give you a choice to meet the specific demands of your application.
Hydraulic Units and Repair Kits
Repair parts for Carver hydraulic units. Repair kits contain hydraulic oil, seals, gaskets, pins, fittings, valve parts and jack handle bracket for quick maintenance.
Testing/Processing/Dies Accessories
Carver testing/processing includes evacuable pellet dies, heated/unheated test cylinder outfits, filter pads, pressure cell assembly, polished chrome plates and blotters.
Gauges and Thermometers
Carver gauges and thermometers page includes 12 gauge models for Model C, Model M and two gauge manifold. Two models for Dial face thermometers show varying degrees for different presses.
Safety Shields
Attractive cabinet encloses pressing area to protect operator from objects which might fly from the compression area. Hinged front access door is clear, shatterproof polycarbonate. Safety shields are recommended for use on all presses. Will accommodate heated platens.
Floor Stands
Carver floor stands are for bench press models. Includes enclosed floor stands for 2 and 4 column presses, floor stands with casters for 2 and 4 column presses and press stands for Auto Series presses.
Carver ASTM Molds/Special Application Molds
Carver ASTM Molds/Special Application Molds which includes our stick molds, picture frame molds, tile molds and color dispersion disc molds. Also includes pellet dies and test cylinders.
Power Units
Auto Pak™ power units are self-contained, electrically operated automatic power units available for retrofit to existing manual presses. The compact bench top design is just 23" x 20" x 24".
