Wabash MPI and Carver, Inc. are exhibiting at the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference in Booth No. 2000 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO from August 25-27, 2014. Wabash and Carver are leading manufacturers and suppliers of standard and custom composite molding presses for manufacturing and laboratory applications, with press capacities ranging from .5 to 1200 tons.

Wabash MPI and Carver, Inc. also offer proppant crush press models for testing of sand, resin coated sand and ceramic proppant used in the fracking process. The Genesis Series Model G28-12-PCR-X from Wabash and Monarch Model CMG28-12-PCR-X from Carver offer a maximum force of 28 tons and 12" L-R x 12" F-B full guided hardened plates with positive stops for crush die centering. The press is programmable to conform with ISO 13503-2 critical and repeatable crush force ramping specifications. The Allen Bradley PLC and PanelView operator interface provide an easy setup of control parameters with ample recipe storage, and closed-loop control of clamp pressure.
